Mobile TV – new service from Kyivstar, which allows you to watch direct on your cell phone different music clips, fragments from movies and cartoons, hot sport actions and in future TV-channels. But for all that you don’t need to download video in your phone memory. You just start watching in few seconds after you’ve chosen the video.

You pay only for time of the viewed roliks (tariffication principle is per 1 second). Price per 1 minute depends on selected content and makes from 0,20 till 5,00 uah per 1 minute (including VAT without PF).

You can choose video-content at wap.starport.com.ua and wap.djuice.com.ua in section “Mobile TV”. You can watch different TV-channels in section “TV-channels” and some hot videos from sections Music, Funny, Sports, Adult and so on in “Video”.

You must set up and activate WAP GPRS if you want to visit wap.starport.com.ua and wap.djuice.com.ua.

Your cell phone must be Streaming video-enabled to watch video.

You can set up your phone automatically by:

• Clicking at “Order service settings” in “Mobile TV” section at wap.starport.com.ua and wap.djuice.com.ua
• Calling to our service numbers 466 and 477
• Visiting www.starport.com.ua

Some of the phones must be set up manually after you receive automatic settings.

You can set up phone manually using your phone manual if there are no automatic settings for it. Manual setup:

1. You must create new account in "Settings" or "Tools" menu with the following value of "Access point" (APN): video.ab.kyivstar.net (for ACE&BASE subscribers) video.djuice.com.ua (for DJUICE subscribers) video.kyivstar.net (for contract and corporate subscribers). Don't edit other parameters.
2. You must choose created account and turn off proxy-server in "Connection" menu of "Streaming settings" or "MediaPlayer".
